Hautelook: NYX
NYX has easily become one of my favorite brands. They are inexpensive, and the quality is just amazing. I honestly have found very little of their products that I don't like. I purchase 99% of my NYX products from Ulta, which currently has a 20% off your total purchase coupon... yes please!
